Shop Shipping Methods

United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
Domestic orders can be shipped via USPS First Class Parcel, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express.

Delivery time for USPS First Class Mail varies according to destination. Delivery time is 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail and 1 day (excluding Sunday and holiday) for USPS Priority Express.  Please know that orders are only processed and made ready for shipping during our normal office hours (M-F, 9am-5:30pm CT) but shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19.

International, including Canada and Mexico
We ship to supported countries via USPS First Class Package Service International, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International. For most countries, delivery time is 6-10 days for USPS Priority Mail International and 3-5 days for USPS Priority Mail Express International. Delivery time for First Class Parcel Service varies by destination.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Recipients outside the United States will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES, BROKERAGE FEES, or any other additional charges that will be due upon delivery. The recipient is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure that the goods are cleared. We recommend that our international customers contact their local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing a purchase.


Shop Returns and Exchanges

CDs and DVDs still in their plastic wrap may be returned or exchanged within 45 days. Defective CDs may also be returned or exchanged within 45 days. Please call 512-476-5775 or email to arrange for a return or exchange.

You can shop at with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers, on our behalf.

“What payment options do you accept?”

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.

“Can I send a CD or DVD as a gift?”

Yes. During the checkout process, fill in the billing address fields with your information and the shipping address fields with your gift recipient’s information.

“How soon after receipt of my order will you ship?”

Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; if we receive your order on one of those days, we will ship it that day. If we receive it on a Saturday, or Sunday, we will ship it on the next business day.

“Can I listen before I make a purchase?”

Yes. The album pages on our website feature links to Spotify and Apple Music. Click the link that applies to you and you will be redirected to the album page on the Spotify or Apple Music web player.

The below covers how Conspirare treats the personal information that it collects through Conspirare’s websites, or offline via phone, by mail, or at the Conspirare office or events, including, but not limited to, information related to your past usage of Conspirare’s products and services. You may purchase tickets and remain anonymous if you choose to pay by cash in person at the TLC Box Office or at the door.

You may visit and browse our websites as often as you like without logging in and no personal information about your visit will be collected. If you visit our websites simply to browse, we may collect general information about the way in which you use our websites, including, but not limited to, the time and duration of visit, the type of web browser used, the operating system/platform you are using, your IP address, the websites from which you linked to us, and your CPU speed. We also may note whether and how you use the websites by recording site traffic patterns and clickstreams. We do not associate this general information that we collect with any personal identifying information and we do not monitor this information on an individual basis. Instead, we aggregate this usage information and use it only to identify the levels and areas of interest in Conspirare and to improve and refine our websites and services. Conspirare collects personal information when you make a purchase or a contribution, register, request information on our products and services, participate in a promotion or an online survey or contest, contact Conspirare with a question or suggestion or apply for employment with Conspirare. Depending on the nature of your interaction with Conspirare, we may ask you for information such as your name, phone number, physical address, company related information, email address, credit card information including expiration date and billing address, and product preferences. Once you register with Conspirare and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

In addition, Conspirare may share (not sell) your email address to other artisitic group whose work we believe may be of interest to you. Although we do not share any other information about you, the selection criteria may result in the third party being able to identify your relationship with Conspirare in a broad manner, i.e., that you are a subscriber or donor, or may have attended a particular production. You can request at any time that we do not share your email address with such third parties. To make the request not to share your information, please contact Conspirare at the address or phone number listed at the bottom of this policy. Conspirare does not monitor or control the privacy policies of third parties.

Any emails sent to you by Conspirare offer you the option to be removed from the emailing list. You may request to be removed from our mailing or phone list at any time. Also, you can edit personal information in your account with us, specifically your name, address, phone number, interest preferences and contact preferences through our websites or by contacting us at the phone number or mailing address listed at the end of this document.

A cookie is a small amount of data sent by our websites and stored on your computer’s hard drive that our site can read and which helps us keep track of how you use our websites.
